I have a background in human nursing from Slovakia where I am originally from, and I also worked for many years in Irish Healthcare System.
I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2015 and worked in a referral hospital for exotics in Bray, Ireland as well as in mixed practice in Wexford.
My passion for wound care comes from personal and professional experience I gained throughout my lifetime. I started bandaging when I was 5 years old – having exudative eczema on both hands and I very quickly understood the bandage that was effective versus the one that would cause further issues.
I am very proud that Angels have accepted me into their team because I have a passion for learning and passing on the knowledge that can save limbs and lives.
I am proud pet mum to my cat Marmie and rabbit Teddy and when I am not with them, you can find me walking on a hill, swimming indoors or in the sea or having a relaxing cup of hot chocolate.
