​Francesca qualified as an RVN in 2015 and has worked in a range of practices including equine referrals, small animal first opinion and along side exotics specialists. In 2016 Francesca completed the delving deeper in to wounds BVNA course. In 2018 Francesca completed her equine nursing top-up whilst working in equine referral. In January 2022 Francesca returned to small animal and currently works in a small independent practice as a senior nurse.

During her career she has enjoyed all aspects of the nursing including supporting students as a clinical couch, but has always had a special interest wound management and found the more challenging the wound the better and gets great job satisfaction out of helping patients wound healing and educating clients in bandage care the process of wound healing. Francesca joined the bandaging angels in June 2023. 

Francesca became a mum in October 2024 and In her spare time enjoys spending time with her family on there farm and going for long walks with her 4 Labrador.
